Emirates Financial Towers celebrated its structural completion in November 2009. Apart from achieving this milestone, 80% of the exterior cladding is complete with interior works in progress.
A joint venture between ENSHAA and MAG Group, Emirates Financial Towers comprises of 27-story elliptical-shaped twin towers located in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre featuring premium office and retail spaces, restaurants, and business meeting venues with highly convenient access to Metro stations.
“With its powerful contemporary design and glass facade, Emirates Financial Towers will be a valuable addition to the Dubai skyline,” said Reza Jafar Chief Executive Officer of ENSHAA.
He added, “The structural completion reflects the efforts and commitment of our team as we move toward the project completion in 2010. We believe Emirates Financial Towers will be a prestigious business destination in the United Arab Emirates.” One of the key features of Emirates Financial Towers is the distinctive glass Skybridge that connects the two towers and offers panoramic views of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Sheikh Zayed Road.
This transparent bridge is suspended in between the two towers giving the development a recognizable silhouette amongst DIFC skyline. Emirates Financial Towers is expected to complete the glass Skybridge in early 2010 .
